An organisational capacity assessment (OCA), scored area by area, gives each organisation a baseline.

The CGS assessment instrument scores twelve core domains, each with its own sub-criteria and each scored from 1 to 5 against evidence: policies, documents and systems in use.
It has been applied and refined across six programmes. Every organisation is scored on the same domains, so results can be compared across a cohort and tracked over time.

Institutional assessment and capacity strengthening for nine civil society organisations supported by the FEF-OSC Programme, using the NGO Performance Index to identify capacity gaps and compliance risks.
April 2026 - June 2026
Life Makers Foundation commissioned CGS to assess and strengthen the institutional capacity of five partner associations under the Sponsorship Project. The work covers a nine-domain diagnostic, tailored roadmaps, 40 training days and 90 hours of coaching.

Two technical workshops for 17 NGOs across governorates covering green economy and entrepreneurship, with detailed proposal evaluation for each participating organisation.

Closing competency gaps in governance, finance, HR, supply chain, project development and MEAL for ten civil society organisations through inclusive curricula and personalised coaching.
