How we recruit

CGS hires in three ways: staff positions on our own team, specialists engaged for a particular programme, and field teams recruited for each round of data collection.

Applications stay on file. We come back to them when a role opens or a call for proposals matches what someone does, so there is no need to wait for a posting that fits.

Your CV stays with us for twelve months and may be included in proposals we submit to clients. Before that period ends, we ask whether you would like us to keep it.
